Purchases and Payment

Customers must provide MONTEL LUNA with complete and accurate details when making purchases. MONTEL LUNA is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase. Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer.

All prices quoted are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes. Costs related to international orders are calculated using an integrated currency converter. MONTEL LUNA is not responsible for varying currency conversion rates charged by customers' banks.

Payment is processed through secure payment providers. Upon checkout, customers will be redirected to complete their payment securely. Some orders may be subject to fraud checks by the MONTEL LUNA staff, this means you may be required to provide additional identification to verify your transaction.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Saturday) excluding public holidays. Each piece is individually handcrafted by me for your specific order, which means your item is created with personal attention and care. Customers are unable to amend or cancel orders once the order is placed as crafting begins immediately. Customers will be provided with tracking numbers once orders are shipped out.

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, the shipping provider will attempt re-delivery. If we are unable to arrange a re-delivery, the parcel may be returned or destroyed according to local regulations. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.

Returns & Exchanges

At MONTEL LUNA, every piece is lovingly handcrafted by me personally for each individual order. Each creation carries its own unique character and tells its own story, making it truly one-of-a-kind. Because of this deeply personal and artisanal approach to crafting your piece, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

I pour my heart into every detail, ensuring that what you receive is not just a product, but a piece of art created especially for you. The handcrafted nature means that slight variations in texture, color, or finish are not imperfections, but rather the beautiful hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship that make your piece uniquely yours.

Before placing your order, please carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and images. I'm always happy to provide additional details or guidance to help you make the perfect choice.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I will work with you to find a suitable solution. Your satisfaction and the integrity of my craftsmanship are deeply important to me.

Fraud Prevention

MONTEL LUNA takes every measure against credit card fraud. If we suspect that a customer's order may be fraudulent, we will contact the customer to confirm certain details. If the customer refuses to respond with the required information within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Cancellation

MONTEL LUNA reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to provide the requested products. Customers will be immediately contacted in these cases. MONTEL LUNA is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience customers may face as a result of cancellation.

Applicable Law

By accessing the Website you accept that any disputes about this site or its Content are to be determined by the courts having jurisdiction in Singapore, according to Singapore laws. As this site can be accessed throughout Singapore and overseas, MONTEL LUNA does not represent that the Content complies with the laws of any country outside Singapore. If you access this site from outside Singapore, you do so at your own risk and responsibility, and are responsible for making sure you comply with all applicable laws in the place you are located.
